Terrible customer service. We paid off a loan early(over paid loan by +$200 dollars) They said it would be over a month until we would get OUR MONEY back...........Crazy policy...would not let me talk to anyone at Corporate Level...do not do Business with this company

Me and my husband financed siding through TIC in 2018. Recently we had decided to refinance our home to lower our interest rate and lower our monthly payment. Upon approval of our Home loan we were informed that TIC took a lien out against our home in 2021, 3 years after the start of our loan. Upon reaching out to TIC we were informed that it happens sometimes and it does not negatively effect the home owner which is not true. We now are not eligible for our refinance because of this lien. I've written financing through TIC for more than 14 years. Every time a question comes up from a customer I have a real live person that helps me find solutions. In my experience, the only time people complain about TIC is when they aren't paying their bill. Then it's either my fault or TIC's.

Absolutely the WORST lending company I have ever worked with. We currently have 3 lines through them and once they are paid off, we will NOT ever do business with them again. I have asked them for over 2 years to send bills to my email, not my husbands as he never checks his, and they cannot get it right. Then we get slammed with fees for late payments. I just found out after paying on my loan for my water softener for what seems like forever and finally paying it off; I now have to pay $125 to remove the lien I didn't even know was on it. I told the lady it was stupid and refused to pay it. She did tell me the lien would expire in August. I hope it takes care of its self. So sorry I allowed this company to have my business.

They decided to transfer servicing of our loan to another company. They provided no notice whatsoever. I went to login to my account and could not access it. It said that I should have received info from the new company, Equiant, to be able to log in. I did not receive the info. So I called Time Investment to ask how to access my account. They said i would just have to wait until I received the info. So I cannot access my account at all in the meantime. If that’s not illegal it should be.

My husband bought a time share from TIC in Jan. 2018 after having a man sit in our living room and aggravate the heck out of us and convince my 86 yr. old somewhat demented husband it was the thing to do. I was not in favor of it, but to get the salesman out of our living room I signed and got him out. My husband made payments of $68.xx mo. of which I see $58.xx went for interest until his death March 2019. Upon his death the son took the check book and I did not know of payments being made or ever see said contract on times...read more

I purchased windows from a company called AAPCO not knowing or reading the fine print, who has Time Investment as their payment processor which means they are a 3rd payment I purchased these horrible windows in 2008 which was 2948 balance still 2500 they have charged me almost 800 dollars in interest STAY AWAY from AAPCO & TIME INVESTMENT PLEASE read the fine print before purchasing windows if I could give them a negative 10000 I wouldSH
