Star Wars: Episode IV - A New Hope (Blu-ray)
The story of a boy, a girl and a universe. Now a classic, this blend of pulp magazine sci-fi, comic book action, old fashioned cliff-hanger story and state-of-the-art effects made George Lucas an icon to a generation of budding filmmakers and sci-fi fans. Harrison Ford also got his start here, though his role as Han was first turned down by James Caan, Al Pacino and Burt Reynolds! Renamed 'A New Hope' (and re-cut) after Lucas finally released the first of three 'prequels' in 1999. These Limited Edition releases now allow you to enjoy and compare both the classic Original Theatrical and the re-jigged Special Edition.
