A record breaking cruise – still great value
"
There was only one port initially (Malaga), with the ship was heading for dry-dock afterwards.(We were to learn later that the ship broke the record for the most people crossing the Atlantic on one ship).

Have been loyal to royal since 1995, this was the worst ship and cruise i have ever sailed on! Total chaos first 2 days. Crew members appeared over whelmed , rude and not concerned about passengers in all faculties! crew members stood aroung totally ignoring passengers, busy talking to one another, as if they couldn"t care less. Food was the worst yet, and service was slim to none...actually

Not worth the outrageous cost for a sky suite! Won’t go on RC again. Water is not included in your room except for the crappy tap water that makes passengers sick. I had to complain until my room steward got permission to stick my room with bottled water! Then asked for a shower cap! Nope! Those were discontinued! Again my steward scraped me up a couple she found but said they were the last!

Great ship. Never felt crowded. Staff was outstanding. Food was good. Don't waste money on The Key program, or specialty restaurants, or balcony staterooms if trying to save a few bucks. Don't use the arcade. App was good but nothing beats the paper cruise compass when planning a day ahead so you can see all that is offered. You cannot hear announcements in the cabin so you have to jump up to open

We just concluded our 8 night cruise on Symphony to Aruba, Curaçao and Labadee Haiti (substituting Nassau Bahamas) we had a very good time! This is our 4th cruise overall (RCCL 7 day, RCCL 7 day, RCCL 8 day and Celebrity 10 night). This was a Spring Break cruise which was absolutely packed with around 5,300 people. The cruisers were overwhelmingly families (parents aged around 32-38 with

We love the entertainment on most of the Oasis-class ships, but the shows on the Symphony of the Seas were absolutely spectacular and amazing--by far the best we've seen. The Aqua show, the two ice shows, RC's original show regarding flight and the Broadway show, Hairspray were top notch. We have been on Oasis, Allure, Harmony and now the Symphony. Symphony was by far my favorite based on the

Overall really positive experience. I sailed with my husband and boys ages 13 and 7. Lots of amenities, friendly and helpful staff, decent food (when calibrating that it’s a cruise ship serving 6k people), and lots of activities and entertainment to choose from. Many talented musicians. Lots of trivia games. Laser tag was a hit with my kids. Everyone enjoyed the all access tour of the ship and

Let me start by saying I read all the reviews before we went on our cruise and I did have some concerns. My wife and I go on one cruise a year. We are just your normal couple, I am not looking for high class dining. We want nice meals, good shows, lots of options, great places to drink, time by the pool. After this cruise I can say that we were not disappointed in any of these areas. Let me

Background We sailed on the 8 day, southern Caribbean sailing (12/16/23 - 12/24/23) on Symphony of the Seas. This was our 24th sailing with Royal Caribbean. We also have several sailings with Princess and Celebrity, as well as one each with Norwegian and Carnival.Cabin (4 of 5)We were in a 2D cabin on the hump, not far from the aft elevators. No complaints about the cabin, but the
